All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your appointment and cover clinic time allocated specifically for you. Deposits may be transferred once with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Less than 48 hours notice will result in loss of deposit.

All treatments, packages and courses are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. In certain circumstances, credit notes may be issued at management discretion. Credit notes are valid for 6 months and are non-transferable.

Treatment results vary from person to person. No guarantee of results is implied. Multiple sessions may be required for optimal outcomes.

Prepaid courses and packages must be used within 12 months unless otherwise stated. Unused sessions after expiry will be forfeited.

Retail products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased. We do not offer exchanges for opened or unopened products unless faulty.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if deemed unsuitable, unsafe or contraindicated following consultation.
